**There will be 36 installments of the Monthly Acceptance Fee resulting in the total Acceptance Fee paid to be JPY 150,000 for a Term Single Member and JPY 300,000 for a Term Family Member. A Term Member shall automatically transition from an Associate member to a Full Member (i.e., from Term Single Member to Single Member or from Term Family Member to Family Member, as the case may be) upon completion of payment of the total Acceptance Fee. A Term Member may accelerate completion of payment of the total Acceptance Fee at any time prior to the end of the 36-month instalment payment term by paying the entire remaining outstanding amount in full.

Guided tour of our facilities with an introduction to all the Club sports and activities.

2) Application Form + Photos
Please fill in our application form and provide a color photograph of each applicant.
We can also take your photograph/s at the Club.

3) Letter of Introduction
Please write a brief self-introduction letter in English.

4) Interview with a Club representative
Once the Club has approved your application, you may become a member by paying the Acceptance, Deposit and Subscription fees.
An interview with a Club representative may be conducted within one month of joining.

General Rules

    • A Guest must always be accompanied by the Member who invited the Guest and must be registered at the Concierge Desk. Guests are required to show photo ID and will be subject to the Club’s standard rules which shall be updated from time to time with BOD approval.
    • Only a Full Member or an Associate Member who is a Term Single Member or Term Couple/Family Member is eligible to invite a Guest to use the recreational facilities of YC&AC.
    • An Associate Member who is a Corporate Sponsored Single Member, Corporate Sponsored Family Member, Junior Member, Young Adult Member, Young Professional Member or Reciprocal Club Introduced Member is not permitted to invite a Guest.
    • A child of a Full Member or Associate Member is not permitted to invite a Guest.
    • A Member is responsible for the entire conduct and payments of his/her Guest(s) without exception.
    • The YC&AC reserves the right to reject/limit the introduction to or usage of the Club of any Guest at any time if the Guest violates Club regulations.
    • A Full Member or an Associate Member who is a Term Single Member or Term Couple/Family Member may bring individual or family Guests to use the recreational facilities of YC&AC as often as they like.Any specific individual Guest may use the Club’s facilities no more than twice a month, regardless of the accompanying Member. Guests other than children under the age of five (5) years shall be required to pay separately specified recreational facilities Guest fees.
    • Immediate family members (spouse, children, and parents) will receive a 50% discount for the guest fee up to two times a year.

12-15 Saturdays per year are official matches in the Kanagawa Prefecture Over-40 league. On all other Saturdays we organize friendly matches with local Masters teams, whether full 11-aside or half pitch 8-aside. About once a month we organize a YCAC-only intra-squad session. As mentioned above, we also participate in 8-aside tournaments on public holidays about once every two months.
