On December 2nd we held our 2nd Annual Year End tennis party with close to 60 people in attendance. We had a delicious mixed buffet followed by dessert and ice cream. Games included 3 teams lined up passing a balloon on a racket, rock-paper-scissors competition with the children winning often until Mami-san took the top prize in the end!
Then it was on to bingo and the tremendous lineup of prizes inclusive of a free Babolat tennis racket, racket bags, free Babolat vouchers, free lessons with coaches, and even free hitting sessions with some of our top YC&AC tennis players! And in the end it was music and dancing! For those with young children and wanting some free time to themselves, we provided free babysitting as well.
Then on December 9th was our Annual Christmas tennis social where we had a chance to mix up playing doubles with many different partners, having a lunch together, and again enjoying several nice prizes.
